Hop into the Institute for our Spring Buddhist Retreat for serious Dharma practitioners. Teachings will be held in person and live via Zoom every Saturday at 10 AM from April 16 – June 04, 2022.
To kick off the Spring Retreat, Venerable Geshe-la will review the Seven Limb Practice (Sadhna), including walking us Ghali-ghali, Tibetan for “slow by slow,” on how we can practice them all most effectively in our daily lives.
About the Spring Buddhist Retreat: Seven Limb Practice
The Seven-Limb Practice (Prostration, Offering, Confession, Rejoicing, Requesting to Remain, Requesting to Turn the Wheel of Dharma, and Dedication) is found in and is the basis of many practice texts, including Samantabhadra‘s King of Prayers.

These retreats are additional for those ready for more advanced meditation and practices, such as the Vajrayana paths. Hence for the best benefit of joining these retreats, we recommend candidates who already have a solid grounding on the Buddhist path.
Geshe-la is happy to help any Dharma seeker, even individually, at any time. Regardless of skill level, Buddhist knowledge, or spiritual practice. He is a very skillful and caring teacher who speaks straightforwardly to you, intending to help you grow.
